Millie's Cocktails was started by Emily Shantery and Sarah Stocum in March 2024. They wanted to give the community that they love, North Collinwood, a full-service cocktail and dining experience. They quickly brought on the talented Chef Zack Bordner to develop a menu close to his Hungarian roots and full of nostalgia.
